JAC Delhi 2025 Counselling: Begins for UG Admissions in Premier Delhi Govt. Universities – Schedule, Registration Link & Important Instructions Released

The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi has officially begun the counselling process for admission to Undergraduate Programmes in premier Delhi Government-funded institutions for the 2025 academic session. Established in 2014 by the Government of NCT of Delhi, JAC Delhi aims to streamline the admission process and reduce inconvenience caused by multiple counselling rounds across institutions.
This year, Delhi Technological University (DTU) is serving as the coordinating institute for JAC Delhi 2025.
The following four top institutions are participating in the counselling:
Delhi Technological University (DTU)
Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW)
Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi)
Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT)
The counselling is being conducted completely online with support from the National Informatics Centre (NIC), ensuring a smooth and transparent admission process.
These universities offer premier Engineering, Architecture, and Management programmes and are among the most sought-after in India.
🗓️ Important Dates for JAC Delhi 2025 Counselling:
Start of Online Registration & Choice Filling (including fee payment):
📅 May 21, 2025 (Wednesday) From 10:00 A.M.
Last Date for Registration, Fee Payment & Choice Filling:
📅 June 2, 2025 (Monday) Till 10:30 P.M.
Additional One-Day Registration Window (Before Round 2):

⚠️ Important Instructions for Candidates:
Registration is strictly allowed only during the official windows — from May 21 to June 2, 2025, and again on June 19, 2025 (before Round 2). No further registration will be allowed during any round thereafter.
The registration fee is ₹1500/- (non-refundable). Applications submitted without the fee will not be considered.
Candidates are strongly advised to fill maximum choices/preferences within the allowed registration and choice-editing period to enhance their chances of allotment and future upgradation.
Choice editing is only available during the official registration periods mentioned above. No further editing will be allowed once these windows close.
Seat conversion (as per Section 3.2 of the Information Brochure) may occur only when all registered candidates in a specific category/sub-category are exhausted.
All category/sub-category certificates must be available in the correct prescribed format at the time of physical document verification. No additional time will be provided for submission.
Seat Acceptance Fee must be paid immediately after each round's result is declared and before 2:00 PM on the last day of physical reporting. Candidates must report physically as per the schedule after fee payment.
